Caffe Nero - High Street - Canterbury - Photo album

Ok it's a Coffee shop chain, excellent coffee, cakes are very good. This one is in a lovely old building which they have kept in a way that you can see how it was. Very good place to linger for a good coffee and snack while considering Canterbury.
Typical Caffè Nero, understaffed during a busy, wet Sunday. Hats off to the two who were running the shop successfully. Never missed a beat in serving customers or cleaning up. Shame on Caffè Nero on not supporting their hardworking staff.
This is a lovely cafe outlet with plenty of seating inside (including sofas, at the back) and some outdoor seating. This coffee shop does have additional seating upstairs and toilet facilities downstairs. Situated on Cantadueys main High Street.
I liked caffe Nero because of the lovely ambience. Decent coffee & baked food too.
Always enjoy visiting whenever I'm in town lovely friendly staff and excellent service food is lovely definitely good for a coffee day out
Customer service not too bad but coffee was nice they’ve done good latte better than costa definitely
A unique café nero with an impressive interior historical feel to the experience. Tasty coffee and treats.
Great coffee and food with a nice atmosphere and the best staff
The Cafe Nero at Canterbury town was amazing. They let us in with our dog and also offered her some treats. What a lovely gesture.
Love the coffee as I've always done. However, the lady serving needs a lesson in smiling and how to engage positively with the customer. Smiling can make all the difference. The toilets are disgusting and they were disgusting the last time I was in there. I don't think the sanitary bin had been empt
nice coffee shop. couple of tasty vegan treats.
Good coffee and comfortable seating. Had to use the rest room which was disgusting. Told the staff that one of the 2 toilets had a flooded floor and told would have a look. So short staffed nothing was done while I was there
We went in to the cafe Nero to have our dessert and a coffee. The restaurant we went to for lunch only had upstairs toilets! The Coffey was lovely but the caramel shortbread had been bashed about a bit before purchase. I would like traditional packs of biscuits available in coffee shops. McVities et
Apart from the slight step into the place. Ut was warm and inviting. 3 stars for service as very busy and the staff were a little flustered. Good coffee and food choices. Will be back
Nice place to have a coffee and a snack right on the high street in Canterbury.
Lovely coffee shop in a beautiful historic building that serve well made drinks plus offer a very friendly service, seating downstairs is a little cramped but there is more seating available upstairs.
