The usual high quality produce and friendly staff. One star knocked off because they used to offer a really good range of curry ready-meals but now it's hard to find anything other than chicken. I haven't seen either of the fish curries in stock for months.

Large parking lot in the basement with elevators.
Quieter shopping hours with less harsh lights during the week would be a great addition.

Pretty standard Waitrose just outside the Canterbury ring road. Plenty of underground car parking with lifts and stairs.
