I liked my green milk tea with passion fruit popping pearls (half sugar, no ice) because it has a strong tea flavor and not too sweet! The bubble tea plushies are too adorable. The lab concept is cool.
Came here during the evening and received quick service, the drinks were very tasty and the customer service was good. The prices aren’t as competitive as the other bubble tea shops in the city though.

Had milk teas this afternoon, and they were very tasty! Personally, it was not as sweet as I wanted it to be, but overall great service from the barista that took my order and made my drink xx The shop interior looks cute and aesthetic as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
This was amazing, so yummy. Staff is amazing. If you are a teen craving something sweet get the brown sugar pearl fresh milk, less ice, regular or less sugar! It's amazing. People are SO nice and helped put the hole and straw in. Thank you so much Cha Lab!

They serve the best drinks ever! Totally recommend, the best bubble tea shop in Canterbury for sure. The drink I got was very tasty, it was something I’ve never tried before but it was one of the best things ever! The prices are very affordable so thats a good thing.

Great place, friendly staff. Loyalty card in buying a bubble tea and they always have different flavours, which I really like. You can also get a hot option which is fab.
