Mostly good, music was classical don't quite understand why for a public place 🤔 🙉
The worker abby Martin has been really understanding and has helped out as much as she can and great customer service and really respectful towards me and my friends absolutely amazing.
I had quite a wait for my order, but with that said it was a Sunday evening and the staff seemed rushed off their feet. This did however mean my food was hot and freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful during my visit.
Not the best KFC around, service can be quite poor at times, seems quite unorganised. Orders often miss items.
Queuing indoors can take forever as there's always more staff on drive through than indoor service.
Always use the drive through and never have a problem. Food last night was nice. This restaurant has definitely got better recently.
Went there weekday and not too crowded. Had one of their special offers 10 boneless chicken for £5.99. Very clean inside and staff polite.

Quite slow, but they did look understaffed. The restaurant was a little untidy, but nothing major. The menu on display didn't have chicken burgers on it, but the cashier knew what I wanted and was served my correct meal. Pleasant staff, but need more.
It's an ok drive through, but the main problem is, the menu boards are too near the ordering point. So while you are figuring out what you want, your being bellowed at, can I help you. They need to advertise more to the beginning of the drive through. Foods good though.
