Bar 44 Cardiff - Cardiff - Photo album

I booked the table at 530, but we arrived early. Notice there were a lunch deal that serve till 530, including 1 drink and 3 tapas. It was a very good deal for £2x. We ordered 2 lunch meals and added wild prawn rice and Jamon iberico de bellota. My favourite is the cripsy market fish and the sourdo
A treasure in Cardiff whether for drinks, tapas or as today a Sunday roast. I really appreciate the choices on the wine list, the pride and care shown in the food that's presented and always a lovely atmosphere there. Highly recommend it.
We come here quite often on a Sunday. Our 11yr old son is autistic and very sensitive to noise, so we book early, and ask for a quiet table. We always have a lovely time with excellent food, service and no drama. Thank you Going out for us takes a lot of preparation and planning so it’s nice to kn
Went for a family Sunday lunch, and we were really impressed. Best Sunday lunch we have ever had, with plenty of food. Good service as well. Not cheap, but well worth it. Will definitely go again.
First time I visited Bar 44 and I was bowled over by how good it was. A huge selection of drinks including good quality wine and soft drinks. The food was simply superb. A standout was patatas bravas, which as a kind of simple dish, I’d hard to make special but they pulled it off! As a seafood lov
Food was amazing. Staff were nice, very friendly and helpful. The cocktails were really good too. Will definitely be back soon!

Nice tapas restaurant opposite the Principality Stadium. Small menu but tapas is well prepared and presented. Staff professional and decent atmosphere.
Thoroughly enjoyed the tapas! We were quite a large group and probably ordered most things on the menu, can't fault any of the dishes. Pleasantly surprised by the bread. Really good atmosphere too.
Lovely place with amazing staff and absolutely delicious food! If you like Spanish tapas, this is a great place to get the classics and a few of the originals with a twist.

The restaurant was nice and the tapas really good. Great drinks menu too - plenty of Spanish drinks to choose from as well - beers and wines. The waitresses were excellent and friendly, with great knowledge of the menu and the food came out nice and quickly. They recommended six dishes for two peopl
Consistently one of the best places in Cardiff. Amazing tapas, fantastic staff and always a great atmosphere. Estrella Galicia is a great beer and the wine selection is fantastic too (especially like their own UVA44). All the food is great but I especially love theJamón, Croquetas, Pan con tomate So
A lovely bar/restaurant in Cardiff - we especially recommend the carrots and croquette. Staff are super friendly. Its a drinking venue but it’s still nice and not too loud (not your local pub!). Perfect for a Friday dinner or weekday lunch (they do an even cheaper tapas set for weekdays).
Wonderful Tapas restaurant. The staff were friendly and engaging and knew their menu well. The food was excellent, and although not all traditional tapas items certainly were worth the price. On top of this, the drinks selection was incredible. All cocktails were very well made and the range of bee
Lovely restaurant with excellent service! The tapas were delicious and generous portion sizing! A great drinks menu as well. Definetle be back!
Best place for tapas in Cardiff. Cocktails are fantastic, atmosphere really nice and staff bend over backwards to help you. Highly recommended!!
Beautiful food, really friendly and attentive staff. My only complaint was that some of the patrons were ruining the atmosphere, being unnecessarily loud and obnoxious and making a nuisance of themselves (business suit lads, you know the type), but staff were understanding and politely shooed them o
