Ask Italian - Cardiff - Photo album

It was a spur-of-the-moment decision but turned out a great lunch experience in the centre of Cardiff. Didn't book in advance, but the staff was very kind and gave us a table for two. For the main, I had Pollo Prosciutto - Oven baked prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast in a creamy mushroom and marsala
Went to Ask Italian in Cardiff for the first time today. first thing that impressed me was the lovely staff, three lovely ladies all very professional, very sweet and knowledgeable, couldn’t do enough to help. I ordered the prawns with garlic starter, best prawns I have eaten in Cardiff for a long l
After 29 years of exploring cuisines worldwide, I had never encountered anyone quite like Callum. Despite a rough start to the day, Callum's exceptional service left me with a beaming smile. His remarkable presence exemplifies how remarkable individuals like him can elevate the dining experience, ma
Came here for the pride festival Saturday with friends for food and drinks, the staff and the food were phenomenal. We even came back the day after for a hangover cure!
I've been to ask Italian for the second time, but for the first time at Cardiff. Busy that usual, so I recommend booking a table. Ordered for 2 mains and a side dish. Both the pastas were good. I've been craving pasta for quite a long time from an Italian place and finally got to have it. Was well s
We arrived without a reservation, one of the female waitresses was fine with this and got us a table inside the top corner (there is seating outside on Mill Lane too), it was a nice spot. The starters and mains arrived promptly (even though they were quite busy). All male and female staff were frien
Great service, great food, great drinks, and great atmosphere. I ordered a pizza without cheese and it was absolutely no problem. Received free samples of raspberry lemonade and lemon water. A very spacious restaurant which is easy to get to as it is bang in the middle of the city. When you have fin
Beautiful food, beautiful restaurant. Ordered the carbonara and it did not disappoint. Shall be returning if ever in the area
Nice and quick customer service, very polite and welcoming. Great food, big portions. I can highly recommend and I'm sure I'll be back. The only thing they could do is to clean all decorations as they're covered in dust.
Visited Ask before venturing to the Harry styles concert. From start to finish the service was outstanding! The food was delicious! We were so happy we choose this restaurant at our stay in Cardiff. I highly recommend. Thank you for making our day so special 💗
Ask Italian is a great chain, I've visited 5 to 10 of their restaurants and had the same positive experience in each, this being no different. Food was good, nice cosy table for 4, friendly and attentive service. Fairly priced and came away feeling like we'd had an enjoyable couple of hours. I recom
What An amazing experience myself my sister and friend took our daughters before going to watch Harry styles and we where absolutely blown away by your waiter calum. I myself have worked in the food industry for 6+years and this waiter was outstanding he remembered everything we wanted to order he
Close to a 5*. Food just not quite as good as hoped, ham in the Calzone is just a bit cheap and you can tell. Friendly service on a busy match day.
Love this place. Went to celebrate my birthday. Had the ribbon tagalitelle with purple pesto and it was delicious. We used Tesco clubcard vouchers. We were 7 of us. But thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambience.
