I thought this was a fantastic place, it wasn't expensive. It was pub food but elevated and everything was piping hot, the staff were helpful and even though it wasn't busy at the time, they didn't stop and made sure everything was good. The decor was nice and some unusual pieces to look at, and
Decent food at great prices! Quite a few food options under £10. Staff is friendly and helpful. The 2 for 1 cocktails daily 5-10pm were a huge plus, highly recommend the Summer Blush if you like a sweet tasty cocktail.

The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is very welcoming and homely, the staff were so kind and caring and gave us a great service. The food was also immaculate! Food was fast and tasted delicious! :) Would definitely come again!
I came to the Yard Bar and Kitchen with my family for lunch, and the service was amazing! Staff were so polite and helped to keep my kids entertained while waiting for our food, even though we were not waiting for very long. By far the best meal and service we have had out for a long time!

Visited the Yard at the weekend with friends. Great atmosphere, good music and delicious cocktails at reasonable prices! The staff were very friendly and quick service at the bar, we’ll be back again soon.
Always a friendly welcome and a convenient bar for a city centre night out. Close to all the major venues too, and a great place to enjoy the Welsh rugby successes! Recommended
A lovely lady helped me to remember my umbrella then we shared a magnificent moment and then watched a bar fight from a nearby pub. All in all it was a nice experience. 10/10. In all seriousness lovely staff great environment. ❤
Although it was a match day the pub had great atmosphere with plenty of bars. The idea of serving basic pub food at a separate sales point was brilliant and tasted great! Fantastic location and all the staff were happy working in a very busy city centre location
Great visit to the yard. Private room for our meeting was ideal, food provided was decent and Tash looked after us all day. Conveniently located, would highly recommend!

Bar staff were great! Highered VIP for a stag do. Food was great pity about the arrogant head doorman and his attitude which spoilt the night for me. Never did get an oppolagy for his error and arrogance!

Nice place, comfy seats. Good drink selection, good guest ales. Clean facilities. Haven't tried food so can't comment on that. But there is a pie stand, which is a nice touch. Prices are reasonable too. Also, lovely staff.
Asked for 2 x tables of 10 to be reserved. All peopke got food quickly and correctly. Great service for 8pm on a busy Saturday night. Well done
