Fantastic food and service from Angie today - the best tortilla staff member I have ever been served by. Been to around 10 different locations and would love to come back to this one. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Wanted to grab a quick bite with my friend, so popped in to Tortilla Cardiff. We ordered Tres Tacos and Burrito. The fillings were very yummy and we were very full after eating them!
Have been coming here for years and it’s consistently incredible. Food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Want to give a particular shout out to Sian who truly went above and beyond with her service and what she provided for my young child. She deserves a raise and a bonus too. Amazing custome
Great food. Really friendly staff that are helpful! Can busy if have loads of just eats orders but very nice quick meal. One of my favourites.

Good speedy food and the free hot sauce is actually hot. Plenty of seating and toilets available. My only criticism is the speaker closest to the counter is too load / positioned in the wrong place, and you can't hear the staff asking you questions about your order.

We had fantastic burritos here and were guided through the process by friendly staff. It's a bit like Subway, where you have a lot of decisions to make as you work your way along the line!
Brilliant Quesadilla and Loved the Corn ribs from the evening menu. Good service from Emilia too. She was smiley and happy! Would recommend and look forward to returning.
Love love LOVE it here! I treat myself to a burrito here at least once a week, staff are always so friendly and welcoming and there's a great range of meals and fillings to choose from, plus good drinks! Best burritos in Cardiff, my go-to spot every time ❤️
Had a large burrito, compared to the Bristol Tortilla shops, this one lacked a bit. The wrap was mildly warm, not so generous with the portion sizes considering I asked for a large, Tortilla Bristol, inside cribbs & the one at cabbots you get far more bigger portion & it's always warm/hot .
A chain restaurant... really friendly staff and excellent service. Visited late in the day so not everything on the menu was available. The burritos were delicious and filling and good value.
First burrito I've had but not the last. Place was nice and clean with plenty of customers which is a good sign. Ryan was very good, explained the process, I went for chicken burrito with pinto beans, coriander rice, cheese sauce, etc and was very tasty and filling. Would highly recommended to any

The burritos were lovely, and priced rather fairly at £9 for a medium with a can of drink.
Staff were friendly and prompt, and the venue itself wasn't packed like a sardine despite it being a weekend with Rocky Horror and Sabaton playing at different venues.
The food is fantastic and healthy too. Very spacious with a upstairs and toilets facility. The manager (Mel) was very friendly and helpful and Imogen (co worker) was awesome and made my visit well worth it .
Friendly staff and lots of space meet up with friends. Beers are only £2.50 in the early evening.
Our server Amber was amazing. She kept the margaritas flowing. Food was so tasty! Can’t wait to come back!!!
Ordered 3 dishes to share between us, good quality food that tasted pretty good. Would have been good to have proper cutlery and plates when eating in. Burrito and quesadilla were the best, Nachos nothing special apart from decent guacamole.
Reasonable prices too for the amount of food we got.
