Had a lovely meal. A glass of prosecco, calzone and honeycomb cheesecake. Totally amazing � staff couldn’t of been better. Well done Prezzo and your out standing staff.
Have been to Prezzo in Cardiff on two occasions recently and must say the food has been delicious. Try the crab cake salad OMG it is to die for. Normally find salads neither here nor there but can't fault it. The staff were lovely so helpful. Try it I am sure you will not be disappointed.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was great too. The only thing though, my ears were hurting from a birthday bash from the next restaurant. We were placed right next to this shouting and screaming crowd. The restaurant could probably put some barriers in between to dampen the noise.
Much better experience here than the Swansea Prezzo. Food was lovely & kids enjoyed. Not super fast service considering it wasn't very busy but would go back in future.
The fried calamari was perfect!! Will come back again just for that item. Besides that Tiramisu was great too.

Went for a meal yesterday 9/10/23 excellent service lovely food fabulous meal the staff couldn't do enough for us we are are definitely coming back thankyou all we had the pumpkin pasta plus other dishes
The second time we come here and we leave very happy. Excellent quality of the pizzas in particular we liked Goat cheese & peppers. Louis offered us a very nice service and the place has a good atmosphere. Would recommend
Came here just before lunch time around 1130 ish as google says that’s what time they open. When trying to enter we were told 1145 which wasn’t too much of a bother. Today seemed really chilly and we wanted to sit inside but was refused as the gentleman had not had chance to look at his reservation board 🤷♂️ so we sat outside although the second lot of customers after us asked to be seated inside with no disagreement from the staff. Regardless we enjoyed 2 for 1 on our meal with a taste card. I usually have the same calzone pizza which always arrives consistently the same and it’s fantastic. I love that pizza so 4 stars 😁
Good service and good food. Had a pizza that was above average,not with too much oil which was nice…i would put this restaurant on my list for italian food in cardiff.

Fab service at Prezzo, Cardiff yesterday evening. We had been to do an escape room and were struggling to find a table anywhere for food after. Fortunately Prezzo had room and were very accommodating.
Staff were fab - attentive but not intrusive - very friendly and polite. It was very busy and despite this we were not waiting long for our drinks and meals.
I had the crispy fried mozzarella to start and my boyfriend had the prawns and gnocchi - both starters were delicious and hot on arrival to the table. For main we both has lasagne, which is always perfect at Prezzo - piping hot, rich, cheesy and delicious - honestly Prezzo lasagne just beats all! My boyfriend also had a side of fries and enjoyed those too.
Food and service were both exceptional - thank you very much!
Lovely restaurant to enjoy a delicious bite to eat! The service was fast and staff friendly, reasonable pricing! definitely reccomend
