Everything here is soooo good!!! Always fresh and their fries are also the best. Recommend the Cajun fries. It's got a good kick but a little salty. Only wish they had banana peppers, but overall still great.
No lines and plenty of seating! The perfect place to satiate your Americana cravings. They have proper thinly cut, crispy fries (not potato logs). I loved the free toppings, sad that they don't give out free peanuts. It was so flavorful that I wished I ordered a double.
Fast service, and very nice American sized burgers. Beats the other fast food burger joints by miles. Best of all free parking and cinema just outside.
I would highly recommend this place. The food was amazing and the service was great. The facilities were nice and tidy with plenty of condiments. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Free refills always gets a thumbs up from me. It was a really enjoyable evening.
I've been to their branch on New Port Road as well. The service is good. The food is good too.
The atmosphere was also good too. Being on Mother's Sunday made it even better as it was busy.

Excellent food even better service. My 4 years old dropped his milkshake all over the floor and they didn't hesitate to bring him a replacement free of charge, no fuss really exemplary service!! Would highly recommend and will definetly be back. Thank you all for making my day that much better 😊

Ordered online for click and collect, online process was very simple. Attended the Red Dragon Centre to collect and it was fine, just wasn't very clear where I was supposed to go to collect or if I had to tell someone I was there. I ended up queueing at the normal till where I was immediately asked if I was dining in or taking out. I told the lady on the till that I'd placed an online order and she took me name, then shouted it into the kitchen to tell them that I was there. She asked me to go back out and wait outside at the lit up five guys sign so I did. Only had to wait a couple of minutes before someone came over and gave me my order.
Positive, ordinary experience, no issues with anything. The order was correct, I'd ordered a regular fries and a chocolate/banana milkshake. Small order as I just wanted some treat sides to go with a homemade lasagne I'd already done at home. This was my first experience with Five Guys - I was very surprised at the size of a regular fries, it could've easily served two people! How many does a large fries serve? 🤣 I know to get small now. The milkshake was to die for to be fair, I had banana and chocolate with the extra whipped cream on top. It was sweet and chocolatey and thick and delicious.
All in all good experience and fab food, just would have appreciated either being told when I ordered online or a sign in the store to tell me how/where to collect a click and collect order. I still don't actually know what to do next time. Definitely recommend the food, although I can't speak for the burgers obviously. I'd like to try again definitely.
Nice American diner situated in the Red Dragon centre. The venue has limited seating. Food is freshly prepared and staff are friendly. Parking is free.

Absolutely delicious fast food, burgers are stunning even if you are brave enough to try it with all 15 toppings, I was even brave enough to try a milkshake with bacon added to it and I have to say it was surprisingly nice, will be having it again

No vegan option of course you can have one without the burgers .

This was our second visit to the place and the service was very good, the staff was very patient despite some confusion when ordering on our part thanks to having 3 children in tow.
The prices were a lot but the portion size is extra special. We had one large and one small fries between five people but realistically we could have had one medium and one small.
Enjoyed my meal some of the chips were over cooked but mostly OK burger lovely as always can always guarantee a good juicy burger from 5 guys

What a amazing staff! Today i and my 6 years old autistic son went for dinner in Cardiff bay branch, when the waiter knew about his special needs. He kept delivering drinks and food for us, also sent some crayons and papers for him to drew.
