Love Caffe Nero! The coffee is delicious, they always have pour in cream which is a must. Appetizing pastries and savories, the staff is friendly and efficient. My coffee is always made to perfection. There are 3 location in Cardiff which is also a plus.
Trinity street Cardiff (old howells store) I meet 3 friends there every week it’s great food, delicious pastry’s too! The staff are always polite and helpful .

Set within Howell Dept. Store (used to be the former foodhall). A lovely coffee and cake was had. Not sure how long it will stay open, as the store is due to close very soon.

My partner and I visited today, ordered, I was paying with the old style £20 note but was told these notes are not acceptable!! embarrassing to say the least.. These notes are in use until September, I contacted the Bank of England who confirmed this.. not good customer service.. Won’t be returning
