TGI Fridays impressed me with its friendly staff, diverse menu, and delicious food. The Jack Daniel's chicken and brownie dessert were highlights. It's a great place for a fun night out or a date night. Once again, thank you to Jacob for creating this wonderful experience. Can't wait to return!
Jacob was best waiter we've had, really helpful and excellent customer service was received will definitely come again. Food was lovely service was amazing.
My boys love eating here and you can't go wrong when kids eat free!! Our waitress was fantastic, the food was good and it was a very relaxed environment during the 3pm visit.
Went on a Monday night for dinner with my friend. We ordered the 2 course meals each wherein we can either select the appetizers or the desert. The hot wings were delicious!! The service was amazing, perhaps the best I've ever experienced. There weren't many vegetarian options as I went with a vegetarian (I am a meat eater). Randomly went for a meal with my wife. We we're greeted in a friendly way, sat at a very comfortable table. Menu is quite what we expected. Food was cooked to perfection, cocktails 241 is always good to have.

Been here many times when I visit Cardiff.
Sometimes you have to wait for a table but it's not normally that long , they give you a buzzer and you can either go to the bar and have a drink while you wait or just sit out in the lobby bit.
Food is nice and so are the drinks.
