I went last night after a bit of shopping
The staff are incredible and very helpful as I needed to sit on the ground floor as there are two floors
Amanda who served me was very kind and patient with me
Justinya the manager also incredibly kind and fantastic customer service helped me get a drink and my cutlery
I'd go back there when it's not too busy
The staff I named were autism trained I feel all staff need this training as there are a lot of people of the spectrum that like me want to eat out and have a great experience

My first time at Nando's and I wasn't disappointed! There was a que outside but we were seated within minutes, the food came really quickly after ordering and it was piping hot and delicious! Highly recommend the sunset burger! Staff were well presented and courteous and I will definitely come here again when in Cardiff.
Fine dining in the city centre, the chips was 💯, chicken was well spiced with a variety of sauces to choose from.
Lovely food, fast service and seated straight away (around 4pm we went). Very enjoyable!

Visited here on Wednesday last week
The app was down on arrival but we were told by the manager on arrival. The service from the manager and staff was excellent. Very helpful and informative. The manager gave us a discount for the issue with the App and till system. The food was tasty
I would like to thank Emma who made my experience wonderful her cheerful smile and help with placing us at the table and guiding us with our order. The quality, quantity , ambience , availability of various peri peri sauces and cutlery was great and give Thai place a 5 out 5 . This is better than the other two Nando’s stores one in brewery quarter and other in cardiff bay. Highly recommend visit this location if you are in cardiff over the other 2 locations.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Tables and cutlery were clean despite the quick table turnover. Food was lovely not overcooked.
Great atmosphere, staff were lovely. Food not the best. Cold chips and dry chicken. Maybe an off day as normally Nandos are great
Wonderful service and good food yesterday in a busy Nandos ahead of the Harry Styles gig. Manager went out of his way to look after everyone waiting to go in and was attentive to us when we sat down re: allergy. Thank you.
Typical Nando's great food, good service, covid19 restrictions mean a wait of around 30 minutes, but the virtual queue allows you to leave and wander around the shops while you wait. Unfortunately the bottomless drinks have to be given by the staff now, so there is a small wait to catch the attention and have it delivered. Love the chicken and the corn on the cob.
