Great coffee shops to chill while visiting Cardiff Bay. Staff are really friendly and baristas make a good brew. Store is good size with seating outside so if you’re walking the bay with your pets it’s a suitable coffee shop. There are charging points for people with laptop and people to charge their phones. In the colder months, there is external heating to keep you warm. Recommended and my go to place when visiting the bay

As usual Starbucks delivers a very nice coffee and cake experience. Pleasant helpful staff and a view of Cardiff bay add to the ambiance.

Friendly, quick service, with a smile and a chat. For how many Starbucks are staffed by bored vile simpletons with no flair for anything but mouth breathing this one is an oasis in a desert of spotty low rent ignorant exchange students. Recommended

This location has blankets to wrap in and keep kozy. However if you have a us gold card with awards you cannot redeem them. Your gold card balance will work however.

Always get my order right. Better than the one I went to in Bridgend the other day. Might as well have brought me a Costa "burnt" coffee 😐

One of the better Starbucks in Cardiff. Nice staff as well. Quite small though.

Friendly staff, often quite busy. A nice place to both chill or work. Recently redecorated.
