Ok experience but when I used the gents, the hand dryer wasn't working. I mentioned it to the young lady behind the counter but she seemed disinterested!!!!
This is a nice little number with a calm atmosphere, nice conservatory and comfortable chairs with tables of different sizes for small and large groups.

The barristas were working very hard due to staff shortages, but, managed to be polite and professional. The Portuguese tarts were tasty with the pumpkin spiced latte

I had a lovely hot chocolate and a very tasty salted caramel slice, it could have done with tables being cleared and cleaned quicker, I Di go in later in the day on a Sunday so I don't know if that was why, but otherwise a nice place to chill
