amazing food. The decor is a little off putting, too many bright cool white florescent bulbs, but look beyond that is an amazing family friendly restaurant. All the meat and fish are nicely marinated and grilled over a charcoal flame, giving it a nice subtle smokiness and a rich piquant taste. They pile your table with lots of complementary freshly made warm flat breads and dips to start with and freshly squeeze juices. The main courses includes everything you need, rice/chips, breads, salads.
We've eaten at this place a few times now, before and after they hosted us for a New Year's Eve party of 20. The food here is always excellent, especially their selection of lamb dishes - the lamb koftes are especially delicious. Looking forward to giving the breakfasts a go next! Great place, a bit on the side but once you have visited you will definitely go back. Excellent choice of food and very reasonably priced if you consider the alternatives locally. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food is fresh and very well presented with healthy portions, I would definitely recommend and have become a regular.
NOTE CASH ONLY. Lovely little restaurant. Was very quiet tonight, probably because its a little out the way. But the food was delicious and the portions were plentyful, all at a reasonable price. The service was good, it's well worth a visit. But please note its cash only, they really do need to get a card machine!
