Never been to this super store before but arrived at the perfume and aftershave department. On arriving looking at the vast range I wasn’t sure who to by what but the sales assistant offered practical advice and suggestions. Extremely helpful customer service.
Bought a lot of clothes here. The same clothes seem to be hanging around for a long time. Clothes are of a good quality and diverse designs, and not that expensive comparatively. Good when new stock displayed.

Had a stunning hot chocolate and cake while mum was in the nearby prison visiting. The cake was light and airy, almost like mousse and tasted divine. I managed to grab a few bits around the shop as well and it's great you can sample the perfume. The staff are really friendly and polite

Always well stocked and beautifully presented. They are a little pricey, but you pay for quality. The workers are very polite and pleasant to talk too. Even if they have a stroppy customer, and even rude customers they are ALWAYS polite.
My word the ladies in the Coast changing rooms are some of the best shop assistants I've ever come across. This store has been there for years. On the site is also the place where Mary first burned a Protestant alive. The store is insidious in terms of pricing as it has struggled in the recent years. I have seen intend labelled multiply in prices. A bag I bought had prices ranging from 100 to 13 pounds.
Fantastic range of luxury goods and at really competitive prices ,lots of helpful staff , which is a rarity in today's high street shopping experience.
Also, the diversity of products and services ,with a really nice cafè to top it off !

I love this place! Every brand of clothing is sectioned,so it's like shopping in multiple stores under one roof. They have a decent cafe that you can get tea or coffee which is not so crowded as other cafes in the mall. The staff at the cosmetic counters are fabulous!
