Caffe Nero - Cardiff - Photo album

Cardiff city walk is really pleasant and the castle is in a prime area. This Nero is right outside the castle entrance. A nice spot to sit relax and enjoy your coffee. And definitely a lazy spot to sit and watch the world pass by. The glass doors and windows make a nice view to the outside world. St
Great branch of Nero’s with plenty of space and good views of the castle. Staff are usually great and makes a good coffee ☕️
Got a lovely winter special coffee! Yummy gingerbread latte! Was very delicious I have to admit. Pricing was expected, perhaps more on the expensive side but I suppose I’d class the drink as a treat anyway! Perfect for when me and my friend headed bank into the Cardiff rain and cold. The staff were
Friendly staff, great location, wonderful coffee. Fantastic selection of cakes and pastries.
My favourite coffee in town! It's just made with a little more flavour. Always lovely staff
Never go wrong with a quick Nero! This one in particular is lovely to sit in and have a drink!
Exactly what is says on the box, a great place for a coffee. The staff are incredibly hard working yet manage to keep a delightfully cheerful attitude with the customers.
-Friendly Barista -Great festive options which can easily be Vegan -Vegan sweets
Popped in for an early drink before trolling the shops and Cardiff market. Nice enough standard Nero fare. Could do with a freshen up, but altogether not bad. Thank you Cafe Nero.
The barista was lovely to my 81 year old mum who was meeting me in Cafe Nero. She doesn't have any payment cards and was embarrassed when she couldn't pay for her coffee as they aren't taking cash payments. She asked if she could just sit and wait for me and he brought her coffee anyway and I paid f
The coffee here is amazing and it’s the nicest shop to be a customer in, because they are always warm and welcoming and very courteous. I’m a coffee maniac and this is my favourite coffee shop in town. It isn’t just the fine taste, it’s an Italian coffee chain so they are methodical and serve it at
Good covid precautions, lovely staff (the trainee barista did an awesome job). Also just want to say how great their loos are. They have a disabled radar key loo, a unisex loo a male loo and a female loo. All were enclosed spaces with full doors (no stalls) with their own sink, hand dryer, mirror a
I came to this place this morning I visit cafe Nero every morning in Guildford and I visited Cardiff today and was pleasantly surprised the girl behind the till was amazing I have never come across a member of staff in Neros like her, she asked what type of milk I wanted in my coffee (I think every
Generally good...the decor is getting very tired and needs a makeover. Toilets need much more attention as not always as clean as should be.
It's a chain so you know what you're getting. Had drinks and cakes with my family which were nice. Male staff member who served me was very polite/pleasant/helpful. That was what you remember most I suppose
Friendly quick service here. Tables available tea is served in with a proper cup/saucer and teapot for those that prefer it that way. You can also sit in with a take away cup if you want. Various Coffee Cakes toasties and snacks available. Toilets open
Coffee was nice, but the place feels a bit dark and tired. I don't mind well worn furniture but why such gloomy decor. It could be cheered up a lot and still feel cosy.
Best for coffee and for the top customer service you get every visit. Always welcome you with a smile, very friendly and engages in conversation and asks you about your day. Highly recommended A+++++
Wonderful central location opposite Cardiff Castle some time home to the Marquis of Bute . Cafe Nero's best view. We were there for breakfast time, supper coffee and toasted sandwich. Made the start of the day, pleasant staff, very helpful with efficient service. Went out of their way to ask if ever
