Great food and staff
Big thanks to your staff member Aaliyah who chased after me and my colleague all the way back to the van last week with my bag after I left it in the shop. She saved me from a right old telling off! On top of that the food was great nothing cold or stale like some other Gregg's
3 years after my 1st review, it's still as great as ever. The staff are great (and I visit this place at least 3 times a week), so I don't understand some comments saying staff are rude... The only complaint I have about it is the shop is too small.
There is not enough room for the customers to move around and collect their goods.

Bought a what i like to call a “BenCogan” and also a jam donut, was served respectfully and quickly by a boy called Lewys. Will be going there again.
Greggs Whitchurch is a perfect example of what a casual eatery should be. With friendly staff, quick service and delicious products- I would certainly consider them as my wedding caterer, if I were even in that position.

I went into the store last week and I have to say what a lovely bunch of staff that work there so polite and very good service ,fast and efficient no negative feedback here would recommend this store to anyone who wants a happy shop for amazing cooked to perfection bakes
I love Greggs and this place has never let me down. It can get very busy at times but that's because they are a good Greggs and in a very convenient place
