Food is absolutely amazing, and great quality. My favourite is their hotdog, although the frozen custard will have you wanting to come back. Gotta try the smoke shack burger too, has plenty of toppings and is flooded with flavour.
I personally had one of the best fast food experiences of my life at shake shack. The meat was to die for and dont get me started on the buns. The food here is really delicious, however it’s worth noting that the burgers are on the smaller side, but I found it to be a comfortable amount of food. The ordering system is a little bit unconventional but not in a bad way - you give your name and have to listen out for your order when it’s ready
Excellent team from all.aspects, great food, different to alot of places, great drink, lovely seating areas, open aspect to the shops, people watching and relaxing. Only wish they were in Brighton not Cardiff, but will be back soon!
Really nice burger and fries. Good quality meat and fillings. If you want something that's elevated from McDonald's but still in a takeaway style then I recommend.
i love the smoke shack and cheese fries, i just wish the portions are bigger because the price you pay is not worth it. overall, if you’re craving a nice smash burger, it’s the best one i’ve had in cardiff so far.
Our fav place to go to when we visit Cardiff. Food is always fast and ordering is much easier now done by the barcode. It’s always very very expensive but definitely worth it. I just wish there were more Shake Shacks in the midlands!
