Very small store with 4 bar stool seats in the main window. Staff polite and helpful. Food as you would expect, no complaints. Visited prior to going to CIA to see the Kaiser Chiefs.
Came for a lunchtime meal on Saturday the 18th and I was impressed with the service from the staff. They were very busy but nevertheless efficient. All wore their masks and gloves when serving. Very reassuring so credit where its due!
Standard subway experience and result! I just wanted to help out the lady that was working hard to make sure service wasn't too slow! She was doing her best so big respect! Very nice staff as well!
I journeyed here in the hopes of meeting "the one", that sandwich you know you were just destined to eat.
Being a bit of a romantic I dressed up, practiced my best sandwich ordering lines and had a pep talk from my mates.
So after some introductions by the lovely member of staff, I met my sandwich, I took her out on the town and we had lunch together on the park, it was almost romantic.
We spent a lovely half hour our so together but I realised that if we remained together she would change and I would be left hungry for more.
So I ate her, and I threw her wrapping away. I'm not proud of what I did but I felt it was best for both of us.
Not the one but a good casual sandwich.
Ordered food through Uber Eats. Everything was delicious, fresh and well packed! Nice experience, thank you to those who made my order on evening May 4th! :)
I don't like a Subway sandwich so I've always avoided going but my son likes them, so, on a recent visit I discovered Subway salads! So pleased I tried one as I was really impressed. You choose your salad by selecting from the sandwich menu but have the sandwich filling as a salad instead plus you can make changes to suit your taste. I will no longer be a reluctant subwayer.

Small store but amazing staff, really friendly and easy to have a chat with them.
If you've never had a subway, I highly recommend that you get one. They're bloody amazing.
Although it was busy on match day in Cardiff ( Wales v Italy) rugby 🏉 the staff were very efficient and polite.
A lovely meal, very nice staff pleasant, polite and interested in customers, they remember you and know what you order, no where does it better
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also incredibly patient with communication problems caused by masks.
my fiancee is allergic to dairy and she has never had an adverse reaction to the food here, if you have allergies just ask them to swap their gloves.
The service here is very quick. Don't think that you will eat in at lunch time though as the shop is very small
Eat outside watching the wonderful Cardiff life walk by you might even spot the Spice Girls n Boys.
Friendly staff, fast service and clean. Eat in, eat out, take away.
