Ok sort of place but can get very busy. Perhaps understandably, but still annoyingly, when busy table clearing and cleaning seems to fall a little by the wayside.
Gluten free options are still limited and inadequate.
That said it is rare for me not to call in for at least a cuppa whenever I'm in tow

Not as much choice as the main cafe on the top floor, this is tucked away on the 1st floor. It's mainly for a coffee and a quick snack. There's nothing wrong with that, but probably avoid if you're really hungry.
There are plenty of seats, it's good spot for rest.
Coffee was reasonable, also had tomato, mozzarella and pesto panini which tasted great but a little on the pricey side.

Perfect location for a quick bite while shopping or as a destination for a coffee, sandwich or pastry.
I will have to come back only drink coffee in the morning, the it was lovely , relax very nice .

Great little cafe tucked away in the corner facing the Haye on the second floor of Johnlewis.
The cafe is small compare to the one on the top floor and is great for picking up an small snack or coffee while shopping.
Staff is good and service is quick. Recommended
I like this coffee shop as it's quiet. The baristas make a great coffee and the food is better than any other coffee shop average on Cardiff. It would be great if they deliver the coffee to your table.
