Thank you to Sarah and staff in the coffee shop. Unbelievably helpful. Sarah went out of her way to get me lactose free milk from the food hall, so for the first time in over a year, I've been able to enjoy a coffee in M & S again! M & S you have the best staff, I hope that you show them how much they are valued.
