Stopped on the way back home after completely being famished. The staff were really amazing and speedy in processing my order. A special mention to 'Keisha' in customizing one of their flagship burgers to accommodate my friend who's a vegetarian. It really means a lot when staff are understand our requirements. Definitely stopping by next time round.

The best KFC experience I have ever had. Hot food, crispy fries, good mash and beans. I’ve never had a kfc this good. The mini fillets absolutely slapped. This was through home delivery also, incredible. Super impressed
Have only had food for delivery so i cannot comment on the restaurant. Food is always nice but they never send the dips when i order their dipping boneless banquet, can understand maybe once but 4 times is ridiculous... Change the name if your not going to send the dips which should be part of the deal !!!
This KFC was the best i had. Nikeisha explained everything to me even went into depth about it. She also helped my elderly husband to order his too. Very nice service from her and the food was top top top teir!! Definitely recommend!! 🥰
Wasn't the most terrible KFC i have had, staff were nice and food was hot, chicken wasn't greasy and bap wasn't dry..... Was very quiet when i went....

Great service from the gentleman who served us last night after being turned away from burger King. He was absolutely fantastic, seeing we had children, he put fresh pop corn chicken on and sorted our meals out. After a long drive this was really appreciated, thank you.
Other than the fact our food was all mixed up in the boxes it was very tasty. My son did not appreciate eating his dad's hot burger tho.
Not had kfc for couple of years due to cold food and abrupt staff, stopped at the Cardiff drive through m4 junction 30 and was pleasantly surprised, every single bit of our food was hot and the lady who served us is a credit to kfc, she could teach other staff members a bit of etiquette,
