I always try to stop at a Starbucks during a long journey. This was not disappointing. The only issue was other queue at an adjacent Fast food restaurant who were leaning on the low wall and leaving litter. It's not Starbucks fault, i just hope something can be reviewed.
Not too busy so did not have to wait long. Once ordered, food/drink arrived pretty quickly. Coffee was the perfect drinking temperature and the food was OK. Can't go wrong here.
Not the quickest. I will use the machine in the shop next door in the future
There were only x2 customers in a que & waited over 5 mins for a coffee.
Very convenient for where I work. Good to get away from the desk for a little minute.
Motorway service Starbucks, what more do I need to say, got my usual tea in fairly fast time.
Run of the mill Starbucks. Friendly staff but when it's busy there isn't a lot of room and it got a bit crowded.
They are amazing, I took my own travel mug, and they filled it without issue. They are friendly, polite, and helpful and would recommend
A very nice coffee shop with good coffee and cakes. It's also handy that it's open after 7:00 pm.
Great if you like coffee. Personally I prefer Starbucks to the other two main coffee shops, their coffee is good and their tea tastes like tea.

Its a clean and tidy store plenty of seating, a lovely welcoming and quick service, very easy to find, its on the ground floor so ease of accessibility for anyone and everyone
The food was good but not fantastic. The staff were quick, efficient and up for a laugh a great atmosphere behind the counter but other customers were miserable.
Always tastes better and like what you actually order here then half the other ones in Cardiff.. very quick too.
