Asked for an iced coffee with coconut milk as I'm lactose intolerant. Currently sat on the toilet crapping through the eye of a needle. I'm not saying they ignored my request but I'm a little suspicious. Great coffee though!

The woman making the coffees was on fire today! She was working so hard with lots of complex orders but was doing a fab job. My son enjoyed his child's temperature hot chocolate and the vibe of the place was warm and festive.

Great coffee, had Mac & cheese for lunch. Lovely to see that available.
Only issue is you are always queuing. I have mobility issues and can't stand for long.
Maybe more staff are needed one to take orders others to make them.

Fairly quick service from ordering and receiving my hot chocolate, not very busy for a Saturday afternoon, sat outside in the fresh air as the tables inside still needed to be cleaned and cleared up.
