Nice services but not many disabled parking bays. 4 out of the 6 bays occupied by no blue badges today. Have seen staff members get in to cars parked here on previous visits so that is very disappointing especially as the other entrance es have numerous steps to get up them. Shame on the staff if th
I only called in briefly for a comfort break and a coffee on a Sunday morning. Not too busy, very clean and tidy with polite staff. I did have to go in, out and back in again as I missed the sign for the car park!! 😩
Costa coffee was an amazing experience everyone seemed polite & friendly especially a lady by the name Cerys, absolutely amazing & professional, bubbley & smiley, big up to her & everyone else tbf. 😀

Moto Cardiff West is a fairly typical motorway services. There is a reasonablely good selection of fast food vendors, and the toilet facilities were clean. It wasn't busy at the time of our visit, toilets were reasonably clean, albeit, tired looking, hand dryers were functioning. WHSmith, Krispy Kreme, Burger King, Costa, Greggs. Masks mandated, direction arrows on the floor. BP petrol station on site, ample car and coach parking. Travelodge on site. C
A busy service station, parking is ok but that's it, it is free though. The services are fairly well laid out but as expected toilets are at the far side so you go past all the offerings on the way!

Disabled parking, well placed at front of outlet. Good clean motorway facilities with staff constantly cleaning down tables. Food outlets provided, although rather costly. Toilets modern and clean. W H Smith, well stocked with newspapers, books, car accessories, stationary, confectionary etc. One
Great stopping point, very clean with a good choice of food outlets. Really easy to get in and out of and getting fuel.
Parked for about 45 minutes awaiting a call from my boss who was at the 6 nations rugby game Wales v Italy, I was the designated driver/chauffeur for him and his friend, to get them home safely.
Pricey as all service stations are but usually clean and tidy and most of the staff are pleasant.

Be aware the burger king closes at 10pm. The Costa is all night and there's a machine. The Costa staff are exceptionally lovely. I am there 2x a week and no matter who is on shift, they're just lovely.
The WHSmith is absolutely extortionate as with all services. The petrol station on site is a Spar
