I think they serve different and better taste hot wings from other KFC restaurants Cardiff.
The main "front of house" staff member was amazingly lovely and friendly 100% credit to the KFC brand. Food was good and served quickly. All round 5 ⭐
This place outshines Barry by a mile! Clean and fresh. The food is beautiful. The hot wings are not greasy like Barry and the staff are so much more friendly and professional again in comparison to Barry. I saw no food on the floor (like Barry) and everything was clean and tidy. Well done KFC Leckwi
Staff are friends and food is decent. Reasonable pricing. Seating is usually available and well cleaned. Although it is a pain when you go through the drive thru and they ask you to park up as there is not much space unless you parkin the car park.
I've always loved KFC and this one is no exception. Very nice food and friendly staff. Decorated nicely. Great location with shops all around. Right by the Blue Birds stadium so great for after a match but it will be busy then. They also have a drive through here.
Clean, fast friendly service, food was fresh and hot, all round a great experience. Fast food as it should be not cold or been sat round for hours

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered salads but when we ask them for utensils to eat it with, there attitude was that they don't provide knives and forks and we must eat with our fingers. What will they cut back on next? Chicken burgers without the buns?
Looks like there’s been change of staff here, much better service this time, food was not warm like usual. Toilets were clean too. Only negative I would say about KFC is the app never seems to work. Overall foods good and kids are happy!
