Clean and professional services! Parking space and plenty of seating spaces! Rapidly served and automated system of order! Plenty of choices and according with peoples budget! Small portions for a teenage boy. Too "synthetic " for my style of food! Definitely first choice when we need something like
One of the better KFC’s in Cardiff occasionally get the order wrong or miss items but the staff are always friendly and helpful with said errors.
Food is always piping hot and fresher than most other KFC’s would recommend this one if you don’t mind the odd mistake every so often
The food was warm and hot and the service was quick but i cant remember one time where they got my order right they are always giving me the wrong side so check your order before you leave

Usually use drive thru so can't comment on atmosphere, but staff are friendly, service is usually quick and food is hot, freshly cooked and delicious 9 times out of 10. Best KFC near us ☺️
Usually fresh food, fries are normally tepid. Queues takes a while to clear, even if you place a mobile order on the app it doesn't save you any time as you have to queue to collect. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this KFC branch in Cardiff. Immediately I noticed that they offered saver meals that were not available in England. Therefore I opted for a wrap meal, that came with popcorn chicken and fries which was absolutely delicious.
