We waited 40 minutes for the pizza, told it was delivered, we rang them to complain that we are missing the pizzas. Their best offer was to resend the same order, made all over again. HOWEVER, when the driver rang the bell and I went to pick it up, he couldn't be quicker to pass it to me and ran back to his car. I stopped him and asked where the lost crust went. He asked me to call Dominos because it was the end of his shift. We noticed the other pizza was the wrong one as well, and Dominos offered a free Ben n' Jerrys for our troubles.... They didnt offer a refund or third-try delivery. We laughed it off and went for a chippy

Absolutely horrendous. Don't order double decadence crust from this store, I've ordered Double decadence twice now from this store and I have specifically asked the staff to be generous in adding the the DD as there's hardly any DD in the pizza. Ive paid £2.99 and have not received what I've paid for and what is being advertised in the pictures which show a generous amount of double decadence. False advertisement and I wil not be ordering from here or any dominos store due to poor service.

Would give ZERO STARS if possible! Dominos is a blight in the area: multiple ‘boy racer’ delivery drivers roaring about until 5am 7 days a week disturbing and endangering local residents by monopolising limited parking and frequently parking illegally on double yellows making cross-roads a ‘death-trap’ (see photos). Frequent/daily discarded pizza boxes, waste, vomit and broken glass and assorted Anti social behaviour are ruining Crwys rd high street, contributing to the deterioration of the area. It’s no wonder Coop closed down recently. The spectacular mismanagement of the area continues…

Not sure if the driver or the staff are to blame for this however my pizza arrived with a very obvious slice missing. After phoning up and being told 'are you sure it didn't just move' we sent an image through email of the pizza as soon as it arrived. After this they phoned back and responded 'there's no slice missing but we're sending another pizza anyway'. While I appreciate a replacement was sent I don't appreciate being gaslit. It's very clear a whole slice is missing and this should be investigated so it doesn't happen again.
3* cuz they did replace the food and as usual the food tastes great.

Work on your customer service if definitely horrible. A girl that works in the front taking orders she's really rude. At least smile when serving customers please. Pizza wass good.

I've ordered from here on the website somewhere around 15 times this past year, and it's been consistently brilliant, 8/10 for taste (where 5/10 is average supermarket frozen pizza). They only got an order wrong once when they gave me wedges instead of garlic pizza bread and cookies out of nowhere. Since I live on Miskin St the food is piping hot every time, ofc I don't know about delivery to places further away. Food has always arrived fast, no later than 30 minutes. The Large Family Deal for £28 is the best value for money, should last one person a midnight binge and a day after that. Take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt; people usually only go out of their way to write a review to complain about an awful experience or gush about an amazing one. I've seen the consistent quality they put out before midnight, so I think any problem if there is one has to be ordering sometime in the early morning, long distance delivery or both.
