Food was quickly prepared like usual and things were clean. The upstairs seating area is spacious and good for groups or individuals. However, there were no charging ports available upstairs which may prove to be inconvenient.

Lovely little subway. Brilliant staff members who pay attention to you and get you what you want. It was very busy when me and my brother came in and we was only waiting about 7mins to get all our food and queue when I was expecting a 15 minute wait. Thanks for the service. Keep it up guys.

My regular place for lunch in a workday when I forget to take something. It's always busy and staff aren't really the fastest. You know what your getting though because it's a subway so no surprises. That said they are quite slim.on the salad and regularly have no sweet corn or peppers.main seating is upstairs. Not cleaned regularly and although it has a customer toilet.... I wouldn't use it.

I would have given 5 stars but the member of staff didn't know how to cash in my coupon, so I had to pay full price for my footlong. Subs tasty as always though 👍

It was a good sandwich and the place was quiet when we arrived. Tables were clean and love the view of the castle and people passing by. Will go again

Always love a good Subway sandwich! The only thing I'm not excited about is the lettuce not being fresh or looking brown 3 times I've been there.

Subway is better than most fast food places. Not as full of chavs as mcdonalds is, less homeless people hanging around outside Good drinks machines, get a refill even if youre not supposed to Ask for more of whatever theyre putting on, theyll look annoyed but do it

You just can't go wrong when it comes to subway and my kids! Service and food was great, nice view of Cardiff Castle from the tabe upstairs.
