Friendly. Absolutely accommodating for vegans - nothing is too much trouble. Been eating here weekly for years and never a bad meal. Our whole family loves this place and they deliver locally for only $3

Been getting takeaway for years, most of the dishes are nice, however stay clear of the Massaman Curry, it is consistently bad with inedible chewy meat.

Recommended. Good quality “Oz” Thai with some nice touches (the satay sauce uses a lot of spices and not too much heat - nice), efficient delivery. Ordered twice and both times were great across a range of dishes.

It's pretty hard to find local restaurants in Newcastle when you are staying at a hotel on a Sunday night, so I ordered food from this place via a delivery service.
The order arrived within the timeframe, but the main meal was ridiculous. For $17.90 I got the large plastic "main meal" box filled with gravy and three pretty small pieces of meat floating around somewhere in there.
I suspect they had run out of mussaman curry except for the three small pieces of beef and just put whatever else into the box to make up the weight. If you can't supply the order, just don't accept it.
I guess they thought a hotel delivery wouldn't be repeat business so they just skimped on it.
Maybe locals get better service.

Live in Thailand and come back to visit.
The Tomyum soup was what youd get in Thailand full of traditional herbs and spices thoroughly enjoyed it .
Every thing i tried on the menu was nice.
I havnt found to many good thai eateries anywhere in Australia that meets what i call real thai food but pakpum cooks up real thai food.

Our go to for Thai food. Food is always fresh and delicious, prices are good and the staff are always very helpful and friendly, especially during lockdowns and the pandemic - outstanding service from everyone. Thanks guys.
