Excellent choice of loose leaf tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Prices are on the higher side but no body is forcing you to shop

Excellent shop for tea lovers and connoisseurs. Very well stocked with a very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend without any hesitation.

This must be my favourite tea shop in the UK. I first started shopping there in London and once it opened in Cardiff my family and I were very delighted. The Covent Garden blend is our favourite and we always make sure we have plenty of it. The service is always great and the staff is knowledgeable

Staff here are always really friendly, but not overbearing. There's usually a selection of tasters out for you to try, and the staff are great at answering any questions I've had.

I love that you can refill your jars with tea to reuse the containers, the customer service I. Whittard is always great. The black teas are my favourite, especially the Christmas tea and regal blend, but the green teas and fruit teas are also great. The instant teas are also nice but would recommend

Always worth a visit to Whittard to grab some freshly ground coffee. Staff are always helpful, knowledgable, and very accommodating when it comes to recommendations/samples. Great place to grab some new coffee brewing equipment or a teapot too at reasonable prices.

There's a great collection of teas, coffee and hot chocolates that taste incredible as well as utensils needed. The cashier at the till was very sweet and helpful

Always friendly staff, and a large selection of teas - maybe not on the cheap side, but always amazing for gifts. The infusions are great!

Staff were brilliant- really friendly, gave me tasters of new products and suggestions for other things I might like based on what I was looking at. Don't usually do reviews of places, but it was such an enjoyable visit I had to comment :)

On our visit to Cardiff we visited the store to get a gift for an anniversary .The young gentleman who served us was very friendly, great customer service and wonderful knowledge of the products he was selling.definately worth a visit and we enjoyed our free sample of hot chocolate 😊

Always a great experience, there's usually some free samples to try and staff are very friendly. It is expensive but I love the tea so it's worth it

A wicked place for your loose tea, flavoured teas and all that goes with making a fine brew a place for all chai lovers. Happy brewing.

Great selection of stock, staff went out of their way to help me choose including opening new packets and making up parcels of specific items I wanted.
