Becky has a gorgeous personality. We very much enjoyed her food, as my mum in law said: she feed our soul. Her food is made of love, warms your belly. When we visit Cardigan, we will be coming back here. Gorgeous 😍I highly recommend coming to this place. Perfect for your vegetarians and vegans too. But for those who aren't, definitely come.
A lovely little coffee shop down a quiet side street. The perfect place to get away from it all an enjoy a hot drink and maybe some cake! Wonderful staff, great service and the atmosphere is very friendly. Will be back

I can see why Crowes is getting such good reviews having had lunch there today. I had the blue cheese tart with some amazing salads which was excellent. And then seeing other reviews left a little room for a cake. I had the sticky ginger cake (warmed and with cream) - divine!! All with a friendly welcome and service.
Becky Crowe opened her café seven years ago today, on 09-Jun-2015 and what an amazing little gem this is!
Tucked away on Black Lion Mews, Becky prides herself with home baked food, pies, quiche and cakes to die for.
We tried the healthy cheese quiche, potato salad in mustard dressing, with broccoli, freshly cooked beetroot and olive salad, followed by a lemon and courgette sponge, covered in mascarpone elderflower icing and rose petals... quite frankly as unique a lunch as we have ever experienced! And the freshly brewed coffee, was bright and aromatic.
This café is something else, frequented by locals and tourists and Becky certainly knows how to look after her customers!
Went for lunch after reading the reviews, and it did not disappoint! Becky was so warm and welcoming, and was fantastic in accommodating my nut allergy. I had a slice of the delicious blue cheese and tomato tart and all the salads except the one with nuts in. It was all really tasty and fresh, I would definitely recommend Crowes, and will go back if I'm in the area again. Thanks! :)
Perfect spot to have your vegetarian or vegan lunch! We really enjoyed our time in the small place and had a delicious meal with sweet potato, chili and a variety of yummy salads. I highly recommend this place to any vegetarians, vegans or people that just want to eat something way more healthier and tastier than chips and burgers! So good 🌱

Incredible service and great vegetarian/vegan food. A gem for lunch in Cardigan that sells homemade and fresh meals. Becky, the owner, even gave us suggestions for what to do with our time in the area. Any time we come back to Cardigan, we will be sure to pop back in!
