Every time I try to try roast veggie lasagne, but I always come later when it is no longer available. Well, I'll keep coming))
A classic.
The turf has had so many lives and is now a bustling Hungry Horse that feeds plenty.
Busy on our visit and plenty of parking in the car park behind, along the street or in the Sands Car Park.
Seating out the front and back as well as a pool table and dartboard inside.
Visited during a busy Sunday afternoon. Managed to get a table in the bar. Had a wait for meal to arrive. Food was ok but order not complete - had to return to the bar to ask where rest of the order was. Liked separate GF menu.
Been today with my partner for our Christmas booking. We had the 3 course and my god... the food. Starter main and pudding were all fantastic. Customer service was fab. Ellie and Abbie were our servers and they are absolutely fantastic. Your chefs on this day 22.12.22....your prepped food.....absolu

Visited whilst staying locally, used Tesco vouchers and staff were knowledgeable, helpful and kind.
Most of the site that we used was well decorated and clean, we played pool and had gorgeous food & drinks. Site was quite busy with families and other diners.
Highly recommended.
Alright, place overall busy, but service was quick and friendly when customer facing. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side bit service for them was quick also. Food was hot and nice, and the portions were decent.
Was pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Jodie, she served my table with a smile even though she was really busy. Becca on the bar did an exceptional job, despite she had a long queue at the bar and it was only these 2 serving. The food was outstanding as well buy one get one free on burg
Lovely visit. Had 2 for 1 burgers, an extra side and a couple of drinks. Parked in the council carpark next door, which was free after 6pm. Meal came to nearly £20 for 2 adults and a baby, bargain!

The only query is that because there is a shortage of tomatoes apparently, I don't think we should of paid for the black pudding as an extra on my plate! Nothing was offered as an alternative! Maybe
