Milbourne Arms - Carlisle - Photo album

My family stopped to eat here on our road trip London to Edinburgh (we are from Canada). The owner let us in a fee minutes before opening and got us something warm to drink. It was raining outside and a bit cold. The hosts were amazing and the food was picturesque. We each ordered something differ
Brilliant food, 4 of us had Sunday roasts and puddings, all very happy, brilliant portions and good value. Dog friendly little pub.
Nice place. Part of a mini heritage chain that showcases history of state ownership of pubs in Carlisle. Two friendly blokes work there. Met the owner once - also friendly.
