Just wanted to say a massive credit and thanks to Aerin who served me today. Honestly, it’s rare to meet someone like Aerin who actually really cares about her job. Usually at subways I feel the pressure of having to decided what I want quickly because the staff are waiting to serve me but with Aerin she talked me through all the options and really helped me get what I want, something I don’t normally pick! She was also great to chat to! So credit where it’s due, thank you Aerin 😃

Call in Subways from Aberdeen down to London on a daily basis. This subway is by far my fav. Staff are great, toilets immaculate, car park big for the can.

We stopped here on the way back from Scotland on the 4th of June as an alternative to McDonald's, and boy, I'm glad we did.
We were served by the most pleasant, friendly and helpful member of staff (sorry I did not get her name).
She said they were shot staffed and had been working on her own for a lot of the last two days, but she could not have been a better representative of your company.
