Lovely meal highly recommended service was very good shame it was very quiet though it was a wednesday evening. Young lady serving very friendly even gave us an umberella on leaving as it was pouring with rain.

Lovely and relaxed atmosphere, friendly professional staff and service. But the piece de resistance is the menu. My wife had the regular menu and I had the vegan menu. We went on Saturday and Sunday evening. The vegan roast was simply outrageously delicious!

We visited for Sunday lunch. We loved the starters we ordered, Korean Chicken was awesome. The Sunday lunch was great, asked for extra gravy, which was happily brought. Service was great.

Steak and king prawns were lovely, but mac and cheese was disappointing. Food could have been hotter, as could the premises. Staff were very attentive.

We turned up with no reservation to pop in for sunday lunch it was full but a man who popped outside as I was waiting outside with the buggy help the door open for me I said I was just waiting to see if there was room he said he was the owner and will make sure we get seated if not he has another restaurant around the corner that he would take us to but managed to get in food was amazing I had blade of beef and it fell apart so so so nice will go again next time were in Carlisle

Beautiful intimate dining or ideal for dinner with friends. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were amazing. Some of the best customer service we have ever received.
The cocktails were expertly made and the food was generous portions.
