Standard Mcdonald's experience - food and environment are consistent across stores - however within the past few months, I have had to check my orders before leaving as there have been items missing. Staff have always fixed this when asked.
Always a busy place, but staff doing their best to serve everything fast hot and fresh, if someone makes a mistake it will be resolved very fast.
Great service, clean. Great staff as well, someone offered my little one a drawing paper and crayons. Nice climbing equipment and slide too
We have used this dine in on London road and Witek was our server upstairs and gave perfect customer service every time , may I add he is a major asset to your business .

Food is always hot and served quickly, nice polite staff but if you are going through your drive through please check your order before you drive off!! We were on the motorway before we realised they'd not put in my husband's bigmac (rest of family order fine) and had to pull into southwaite servic
And they still can't get orders right at the drivethru...... 4th time in a row they've messed up our order 🤦.Besides that, the food is probably better here than the other McD's in the town.
Nice new McDonald's restaurant. Wireless chargers on alot of the tables. Plenty of plug sockets.

McDonald's is as McDonald's does. You know what you're gonna get (unless you're after a milkshake). WiFi works reasonably well and plenty of wireless charging pods and though the seating is unfortunately quite claustrophobic.
I would like to point nice and polite staff especially young lad Hayden. Much appreciate your service. Overall every time when I'm there always everyone is professional and nice. Thank you.
My daughter has taken me to that McDonald's I enjoyed it it was a lovely couple hours then she comes she always takes me there the great place that's right I think I don't know what you think about that the old man who love McDonald's fast food like everything see you soon thank you
