Lovely country pub which makes you feel welcome as you enter
Group of 7 all had varied meals and all meals were fantastic could not fault anything 1 of the best steaks in a long time

Once again good food, good atmosphere and great service. Four of us came for a meal, late notice but they still managed to fit us in although they were already busy. Remarks about the ham, egg and chips were that the ham was thick and plentiful and the chips were lovely. I had the gammon which was its usual quality and quantity... consistently good...and the hunters chicken had just the right amount of sauce to keep the taste buds tingling. Shame the Malteser cheesecake wasn't available but the Bailey's cheesecake was and apparently this was lovely and I can vouch for the bread and butter pudding!

Great Pub, the Menu has lots of options as well as a Specials board. It's reasonably priced and the portions are ample.
The Service was excellent and friendly. There is a small Car Park and on street Parking.
The Pub is dog friendly (well behaved on leads).
Definitely worth a visit.
