very reasonably priced for most things; some things surprisingly nicely cheap!!
found some niche things you wouldn't usually find elsewhere, which was a delight

Thank you for existing ❤️ I am forever grateful for fate bringing me to Carmarthen! This year I began to be aware of “voting” with money. In the town I previously lived, I struggled to find “low waste” shops, so I had to buy products from the main retailers( all wrapped in plastic, most fruits and vegetables with no taste etc.). I love all the nutritious food you are bringing in the shop for us . Especially the products from Swn-y-coed and Ceredigion🥬🥗! Thank you from every happy+healthy cell in my body. See you soon

The best vegan food in Carmarthen!
Visited today, myself and my partner had the sweet potato and pineapple curry which was amazing! All food is fresh and that is hard to come by in Carmarthen. Service was very friendly.
The shop has an amazing selection of vegan products amongst others!

Good store with plenty of choices, especially good sourdough spelt breads on their menu; has a loyalty scheme card although one has to spend a minimum of £10 to access it!

Excellent choice knowledgeable staff worth a visit if looking for something alternative. Plus have counselling and alternative therapy sessions
