Subway is by far my favourite fast food takeaway with better food and a loyalty programme that you actually use. Plus, the staff at Carmarthen (Parc Pensarn) are friendly and there's plenty of parking nearby. I also think it's the best value for what you get.
We all had foot long sub's, didn't wait long to be served. There was loads of filling. All 3 were enjoyed. Service was quick and friendly. Ate in. Plenty of seating, very clean.
My daughter is dairy and gluten-free, I was so pleased that Subway could offer something that she could eat. Maybe some more selection for these allergies would be good in future.

Spotless and the two lads working there were polite and efficient (7th July). Best Subway I have been too for cleanliness and service. Top marks.

Ordered a group order to be delivered by ubereats. The delivery driver only dropped of one of the orders, and proceeded to hang up on us when we asked if they'd collect the rest for us.
So we called the store directly who couldn't have been more helpful. They told us what had happened, and that they themselves were struggling to get a hold of the driver. The staff member who we were talking to, Nick, told us not to worry he'd personally drop it over to us. Not only that, he was absolutely friendly and professional the whole time. The willingness to resolve a problem not caused by them is not lost on us and we really so appreciate it.

Always good food at Subway. Friendly staff, served reasonably quickly despite it being busy. Over charged, but was refunded for error when manager checked receipt.
Well, where do I start. I've chosen to give 5 stars for my recent visit to Subway in Carmarthen, the one next to that chicken place (kfc). The two boys serving were like a well-oiled machine and flew through the queue of customers. On serving me, I chose meatballs 😋 they took my order, put it all together and I was paying for everything I a blink of a eye. I hurried out to my van to eat my subway. Was it nice I hear you ask.....it was delicious! Piping hot and extremely tasty! This was my first Subway in 8 to 9 months, I shan't be waiting that long for my next one!!
Great customer service with loads of patience and delivers with a smile. Placed order for 15 individuals with some kids changed their mind but still had the best service. Keep going bunch of stars.
Well worth a visit, good food, if your in a hurry, but don't want to eat in the car nice and friendly staff and good settling
