A family-run pub in a lovely historic location with great views on a good day across the Ayrshire coast and the Mull of Kintyre. Friendly and attentive staff, all the staple draught beers, a good selection of malt whiskies, and the food is not your average pub grub. Large, tasty pizzas with chewy, doughy crust, crispy-outside-tender-inside chicken goujons battered with oats and chunky homemade chips and, when the local boat comes in, lobster fresh from the Irish Sea. Also has an attached shop for off-sales as it functions as the village's only off-licence too. A hidden gem in rural County Antrim.

We had a lovely time at Millars bar my niece had her 21st birthday party there. The function room was very nice the staff we're very friendly. Millars provided a lovely hot finger buffet there was lots of food and all of it was lovely. Could not fault the evening at all. We also stayed over in the rooms upstairs lovely and clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to all our family and friends.
We wandered up and into Millers Bar whilst staying at a local bed and breakfast whilst backpacking Ireland. We were met with a very friendly bunch of people and after a few pints of Guinness were made to feel like family! A brilliant pub with delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, and a place where Guinness is poured properly!
Thanks for making our stay very memorable! We hope to see you again! 🍻

Food fresh, tasty and served with a smile excellent !!
I took Amanda down for a birthday treat last night. The Bard Bistro could not be faulted, the service was fantastic and the food was out of this world. Everything was very reasonably priced too. After dinner we went up to the lounge for a few drinks and listen to the live band(Mike Wilger Band). Again we were not disappointed, they were brilliant. Long story short, great food well priced and a crackin' night to be had up the front.
Keep up the good work folks and thanks;)

Love Wednesday nights- great company and great music!
Great food, we had a variety of chicken goujons and burgers, with garlic fries, sweet potato fries. Sundaes and cheesecakes for dessert. Great atmosphere to watch the rugby on a big screen. Girls serving extremely helpful and friendly. It was my birthday and they brought out a cake! Was a great way to celebrate.
First time calling in here for some Sunday lunch. We both had the roast gammon which was lovely and tasty. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Such a cosy atmosphere inside
We came here for lunch and enjoyed simple food, scampi and chips and spicy chicken coupons and chips, which were very tasty and excellently prepared. Great food at sensible prices. Highly recommended.
Brilliant value meals Lobster, steak all a great prices. Lovely food indeed. Pub restaurant with the rugby in the background.
5 stars in every possible way!!
Very convenient for dinner, maybe ‘too’ so, and resisting temptation to pop in for dinner is very hard 😀
Love Millars, keep up the great work!
