For me this is the best take away in Carrickfergus. Everything is so fresh and the fact it’s all cooked in front of you speaks volumes. The couple who own the place are so pleasant and will tailor any meals if you so wish. The pork pad kapow is my favourite, though any other dishes I’ve had are superb. A wee nod to the pork spring rolls too! An absolute gem in the town.

The little take away is very welcoming and staff are lovely. They are more than happy to make suggestions or give advice, if customers need a little help choosing or are trying the food for the first time.

Just finished my first meal which was Chicken Red Curry and a Chicken chilli and broccoli special. It was absolutely fantastic- so much flavour. Just beautiful. The owners are super friendly and gave us complimentary prawn crackers.

OMG the Food in the best. Been to Thailand a few times and they have got it spot on with the flavour and freshness of the food. Lovely atmosphere the Owner is very welcoming. Everyone has to check this place out 👍👍👍

We were recommended by word of mouth and couldn't actually believe how delicious the food is here. we were able to watch the food get prepared and the owner was super friendly. Nicest Thai i have tried in NI and worth visiting. As you can see from the photo it looks unreal.

Absolutely beautiful, I've always been scared to try thai food as I always though it was gonna be spicy this is not the case. I had the chicken noodles veg and cashew nuts the flavor was unreal the hubby got the king prawn pad Thai and he was really impressed just sorry took us so long to order from here will definitely be ordering again 1 more bonus 99% of the menu is gluten free. Thanks again for a gorgeous meal.

Ordered from Thad Thai for the first time tonight and it won't be the last! Fabulous menu, food cooked to order so incredibly fresh! We ordered chicken masaman curry and prawn pad thai. Every mouthful was delicious! Customer service was great too. Lovely to see a new food business coming into the area,

I cannot recommend Thap Thai enough! The staff are wonderful, the food is authentic and fresh. It is a real glimpse of typical Thai street food.
I recommend Chicken fried rice, Masaman curry or Thai pork basil.
You will not be disappointed!
