Cafe Vida transformed to evening dining and what a great idea, too many cafe's round Castleford. With the revamp of Carlton st Vida has put itself in the market for great food within the new bespoke bars and on going drinking around Castleford. All home made food on site with new Chef along with Sandro & Michelle, the focus is Italian menu with various options to choose from. I chose filetta steak pizza with wife choosing chicken pasta dish, tasted fab 😋 this is a licensed premise in all a great evening experience. Not had the Sunday lunch yet but if this is anything to go by It won't be long, good luck and see you soon thanks Neil

Absolutely delicious dinner with exceptional service. The wine was lovely and the calamari was incredible. My daughter rates the chips as 'absolutely the bestest'. We will definitely be back very soon. Thank you :-)
Always a good meal here. Always makes sure we are comfortable and with plenty of space for Heinz. Michelle and Sandro are doing a great job and this is definately worth a visit to get away from the chain restaurant food.
Very nice restaurant. Lovely friendly staff. Food very good and wine excellent. As we left the place was full and had a lovely atmosphere . Would definitely recommend you give it a try. Just what Castleford needs. Well done Vida.
Had Sunday lunch here today and was so tasty, well presented and wonderful service. Would highly recommend in fact we’re booked in again!

We called in here today, we had a cooked breakfast and coffee. What a lovely place. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. The food is freshly cooked and good quality ingredients. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back. I would highly reccomed you try here.

If you want a fantastic local place to eat or just a chance to sit & relax with a beverage of choice (though personally, I'm partial to the home-made unctious cakes). With warm, friendly hosts in: Michelle & Sandro (who uses the best, tastiest produce, to create the most fantastic breakfast in the five-towns area, period!!!). Then you owe it to yourself to go to Cafe' Vida, you won't regret it!!! 😍🤗😍
Beautiful restaurant that caters massively for gluten free. The service was brilliant and friendly. The food was out of this world. Will definitely be returning
I love this cafe, as the food and coffee options are great, plenty of freshly made options to choose from for breakfast and lunch (including kids meals), plus freshly made baked goods like quiches, cakes, scones, and other yummy baked goods. I'm getting hungry just thinking about them all. Yum!!! And the variety of great coffees (Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and more, pots of teas (regular and various flavours), hot chocolate, milk shakes, sodas, fruit shoots. They have everything covered for everyone. And to top it all off, the owners are very friendly and so are the staff. The service is great, the food is served quickly, the food is excellent, and the cafe is clean and tidy. I highly recommend this cafe to everyone who is looking to have a great meal, great coffees and teas, great baked goods, with decent prices, great service, and a friendly atmosphere, Five stars from me to them!!!!
An excellent restaurant with a great menu if Italian food and superb service. A lovely friendly atmosphere and you feel safe with it being not too crowded.
A fantastic friendly place. My daughter is coeliac and I don't have to worry about cross contamination owners are very clued up. It is very clean. The food is fresh and very tasty.
