We went here twice in two consecutive Saturdays! Although it was quite busy the staff were really attentive, the salad bar was great, free drinks refill, very friendly staff. Got us a box to take home the pizza 🍕 we didn’t finish! Really impressed!
Called yesterday teatime after a round of bowling at Xscape. Not been to Pizza Hut for a good few years so was quite surprised at how things have changed. In a nutshell, we had some really decent food at a pretty reasonable price. Varied menu, quick service and polite staff. Overall, very impressed.
Despite how busy it was we were served promptly and staff were very attentive. The food was great and the kids were happy. Our server was so nice and she made sure we were well looked after. The best Pizza Hut we've ever been served in :) Thanks!
We have just had a lovely family meal there. My little boy isn't very well and our server Chloe couldn't do enough to help us. Asked if we wanted any water getting and even gave us excellent directions to get to the nearby supermarket to go and pick him up more medicine. Thank you so much it was great to have a server who was nice polite spoke to the kids and was very friendly. Thank you for all your help. X
We do go to this Pizza Hut quite a lot, especially birthdays & called yesterday for Imogen's 17th treat. It was a busy time & waited 40mins for a table which is unusual....however once seated, service was speedy & efficient, friendly waitress and the manager made it in her way to come & chat to us knowing we had waited a while for a table, nice touch :-) food excellent as usual. Used our voucher no probs. Only downside were the family on next table, kids running riot, bashing into our chairs & poking fingers into salad bar bowls!!
The re-fillable drinks bar gets a little busy at times & is overpriced if like me you only like one glass!
It's where we go as a family & really enjoy it :-)
Went with my wife and daughter for food after the flicks. Prompt service, excellent waitress - altogether a very enjoyable meal ���
Nice enough atmosphere and as always delicious pizza's. Some tables do feel a bit to cramped together but on the whole it is a nice eat out.
The speed of being served & friendliness of the staff. we wanted to be in and out so the speed the food was brought to us really suited us too. Probably the nicest Pizza Hut we have been to. Well done ladies
The entire service visit was exceptional. The food quality was very nice, hot and tasty. My child had ice cream factory desert which he loved. What mostly made it for him was that the ice cream factory was clean and really well stocked.
Very nice food and atmosphere. The workers were very kind and helpful especially as they were very busy running around making sure everything is okay! Would highly Reccomend!
Nice friendly staff, pretty quick service when I visited. It was fairly quiet so the atmosphere could have better with background music or something. Worth a visit if your in the mood for it.

Staff service was fantastic, couldn't do enough, apologised for a delay with our onion rings but it wasn't a big deal. Cleared dirty plates, kept checking on us. Brilliant service. Glad to see it busy up later. We actually came here from another restaurant chain whose serving staff had ignored us for 20 mins so really can't fault the pizza hut staff for quickly serving us and feeding some hangry kids!
Great place, their service (Young girl) was fantastic. It's best to go when the buffet is on.
I got the buffet and was amazed by the quality of the pizza. There are a range of pizzas in the buffet. Also has pasta and salad bar included. Would recommend 👌
We arrived at 9:30 pm (store closes at 10) Cortney was amazing! She didn’t complain we were late, didn’t try and put us off, she went out of her way to assist us and ensure our visit was enjoyable. Absolute credit to the business. Thank you Courtney
Delicious pizza 🤩 great service. We received pizza without mushrooms and asked why? So lady was really nice and said she will bring a new one this time with mushrooms and this one we can keep it and eat 😀 this was really nice surprise 🎁 thank you for great service 🎉🎆
We went for the all you can eat buffet. You can order individual pizzas to your table via the app but the friendly restaurant staff were happy to take the order from your table if you prefer.
Only a limited choice of 4 pizzas from the menu but all very tasty. Also 2 pastas were available & side salads. All for under a tenner so pretty good value compared to their usual menu.
