Classic Maccy D's experience. Five stars for atmosphere - exactly the right amount of delivery people to customers all crammed round the pick-up, half the self-service points not working, and the occasional "SSAAAANDRA! YER CHIPS ARE 'ERE!" to really sell that authentic Golden Arches experience. Tempted to knock off a star because the milkshake machine was actually working, but I'm assuming that's an oversight and they'll turn it off shortly.
The staff were very good, polite and asked if we needed anything else. The food was fresh when I arrived and didn't take too long to come.
Everybody loves a McDonald's every once in a while! You know what you are getting. It tastes great! The kids love it. You feel overly full & then hungry again in an hour & vow never to eat it again. Standard.

The carpark here is chaotic because of how busy it gets at peak times. The staff are efficient and the food was prepared quickly and correctly (inclusive of my awkward customisations).
I’ve got more chance of getting my shoes down from the pylon wires in airedale than managing to order a mcflurry here. That machine is more broken in life than me! Seriously think the Job Centre should be its new permanent residence because it clearly needs a career change, as I’m yet to see a day it works. Who needs a functioning machine to whip up a banging McFlurry when you can get served disappointment instead? 🙃🥰
On the bright side, at least we get to exercise our patience and build character while we wait for this elusive McFlurry machine to get some work ethic. In the meantime, I'll just be here, dreaming of the day when I can finally enjoy a perfectly blended McFlurry. The anticipation! 🥺
Jokes aside, the staff are lovely here and do try their best given how stressful/busy it gets here especially on a weekend, I do love a McDonald’s so cheers! 🥰👍🏼
Used the drive through, really quick but then it was also late. Friendly polite staff. Had what I ordered (clearly didn't order a milkshake 😂)
Typical McDonalds with the typical maccy D's menu. I had a breakfast meal, and they got my order right.
The service was quick and efficient in this location. If your passing Castleford on the M26 and need a bite to eat from this famous establishment pop in and grab yourself something to eat.
Lovely food and tasty but I have to wait ages for it to be done. Even if I only order nuggets and some fries I will have to wait like 10-20 minutes for my food. Still good.

Always clean and although the car park is small, we always love to have our meal here when visiting the outlet village.
