It was great customer service especially from Leisha, who helped us decide what to get when we had no idea what we wanted. And the manager Kieran was also a big help when he came over and offered his input as well. While to food is a little pricey I would say the speed which the food was made and the great customer service, makes up for it. Also the food is amazing. 10/10
Burgers are delicious! Large fries is enough for a few to share (we shared 2 between 6 of us). Definitely a once every so often place as it's quite expensive. A nice treat though. Kids loved it too!
Called in for tea. First time ever having a five guys and I was unsure how to order, I was talked though it with one of the staff who was really helpfully with the whole process. Once my order was received the food was amazing the burgers was loaded with filling and the chips was seasoned well.
The atmosphere from there was great as they all worked together to complete every order that was coming in.
The food prep area was spotless.
Be going back for another loaded burger!

It was a bit more expensive than your average burger... But it was absolutely delicious & worth it. The staff were lovely too... Would definitely recommend & will be going again!
Great food best I have ever tasted I can't wait to go back. Infinite burger toppings and milkshake ingredients. Free monkey nuts and fast service. Menu is easy to understand.
It wasn't busy, the food arrived quickly and it was delicious. The staff advised me on the portion sizes, so I didn't order too much food.
I would recommend to anyone that like burgers or hotdogs. But their fries are the best around.

Great burgers and amazing fries, very expensive but worth it as the occasional treat. First time I've visited the Xscape branch - it was Bank Holiday Monday so it was very busy. Still the same usual great service and quick turn over time, we were waiting no longer than normal for our food. Only problem was lack of seating options as it was so busy (but we did eventually manage to grab one!) The other issue is the drinks machine, no matter which branch you visit, is almost always out of flavour syrup. Wanted a vanilla Dr. Pepper but I had to settle for regular as the vanilla and cherry syrup were both unavailable. It would be nice to be told this when you order, if I'd have known I'd have got a beer

I have frequented five guys at Castleford (xscape) on many occasions, the customer service, cleanliness and atmosphere has always been nothing less than impeccable. However, tonight (Sunday 18th of June 2023) the service has been taken to another level of sheer greatness. Upon entering I walked to the counter and was greeted happily by a young man, not only did he take my rather difficult order but he furthered it by asking how my day had been and other general chit chat with a very positive attitude. He was super helpful and caring about my experience. The food was of the best quality, from the burgers that had quite clearly been prepared and cooked with a great amount of care, to the beautiful skin on fries it was more than pleasant. When my order was ready the young man mentioned above also brought my food to the side of the counter nearest where me and my partner were sitting so that we didn't have to move a muscle, this further shows the time and effort the team put in. I then made the proposal of a tip to the positive young man to which he tried to decline, which was another display of his good nature. I insisted and left him with a tip, that in turn left him smiling the whole time we were in. To summarise five guys xscape always has the best service and never disappoints. I will also be calling customer services to further sing this man's praises. I cannot recommend five guys enough.
The food is good. Nobody can argue about that. The staff are friendly. The prep area is spotlessly clean and tidy.
I'd love to give this a better review on atmosphere but the layout of the restaurant is just wrong. It's long and thin and it just doesn't have the right vibe. Maybe brighter, warmer lighting and maybe slightly lower music but idk I'm not a vibe expert
It was OK but at the end of the day it only burger & chips. Had to wait about 20mins. They should have a separate area for phone orders to collect from in my opinion.
Burgers were spot on. £2.85 for a 500ml bottle of sprite was a bit steep but that aside, thoroughly enjoyed
