Food was amazing. Just plain and simple chippy food no frills and they do it very well. Great portion sizes. Cash only which is great to see. Cash machine 2min walk away
My sister and I were a bit stranded in Castlewellan because we couldn't get a taxi...we went in here to order food but apart from food service, they rang round local taxis (Inc family) trying to accommodate us AND even though our (eventual) taxi was due after their closing hours..they welcomed us to stay indoors until it arrived...and no...they didn't know us! Thank you so much xxx?
Massive portions, really cheap as well. Food tastes great and very friendly, welcoming staff. Quite informal relaxed vibed loved it

We were camping in Tollymore Forest and wanted to have a meal instead of cooking today. We walked past the Oak Grill initially but decided to try it. Lovely diner and staff really helpful and friendly. Real potatoes chipped and very generous portions. Worth a visit when you are hungry. Thank you girls, your customer service is outstanding.

Just try the Cowboy supper! Hard to fit it all in but too delish to leave any. Plus I swear that gorgeous little blonde lady with the amazing smile twinkled those lovely peepers at me on purpose! I could have just melted.....
