Review Williams Chippy - Cefn-mawr

Couldn’t be happier to have found a chippy that caters for gluten-free and doesn’t charge excessive amounts for it. The food was fabulous, the fish was beautiful, and the staff were attentive. They clearly wanted to do their best by their customers, working regularly to adapt and make changes as necessary. The whole family enjoyed the food we ordered - fish, chips, a pie, chicken, sauces, the lot! Nothing to not like. Looking forward to the next visit :-)

Really enjoyed my tea tonight! Some lovely food fair play. Not the usual greasy crappy chippy! Chips were lovely tasty and non greasy! My Dad really liked the juicy fish and the light thin batter! Nice to have a takeaway without it just leaving a heavy horrible greasy taste in your mouth! I wish you all the best in the future and hope you continue to expand! Hope people give you a chance not like some people's reviews on here! I for one will definitley be back! Nicest chippy I have tasted in a long time!!!

One of the best chippys around! The chips are 100% fluffy clouds. Couldn't finish my breaded chip cone with curry sauce. My eyes were too big for my belly. They're also using top quality tiger bread. The prices are unreal. Breaded chip cone with curry sauce and a small chips cheese and gravy all for under £6. Bargain. My go to place from now on! Well done guys 😊

Popped in yesterday after seeing the Facebook group and the fab looking food.Was not disappointed! food was really tasty! And their was a great selection ! Especially for people who might not usually get a decent meal at a chippy (gluten-free,veggie, vegan etc). The prices were good and the staff were so friendly and attentive.Will be back! Keep it up guy's!!

Brilliant Fish and chips and sausage, really large portions. Chips were lovely. My boyfriend loved the curry sauce and we will definatly be regulars at Williams Chippy!

Many options for us vegetarians! I ordered a meat style burger with chips, the burger was gorgeous and salad was fresh and crispy, chips where also the best ive had in a while nice and crispy! I will 100% be back ,best chippy for miles!

11 inch garlic bread with cheese and ham. £8 buy 1 get 1 free. Base light and beautiful. Cheese rich in taste . Best garlic bread and cheese ive ever had and ive had a few. Small chips and curry or gravy or peas £1. Ideal for young kids. Simon it was heaven

Being a coeliac I find it very difficult to find gluten free takeaway which doesn't cost the earth and it local so I was over the moon when I stumbled across Williams chippy. The food was delicious they offer a fantastic range and are really friendly will recommend to everyone and will now be my first point of call when I fancie chippy tea 😀😀 thank you

Had fish and chip from here tonight.. super delicious. Stu and I really enjoyed the fiah thw batter was amazing. . Not only that ... mo repeating on us like regular fish and chip x will definitely go there agaib ♥♥

To find a chippy that serves exceptional food that is always fresh hot, tasty, excellent value for money with first class customer service is an absolute joy, I will happily travel for food from here as I am never disappointed an my girls love it too thank you Williams Chippy keep up the outstanding work.
